Vodacom *******

Called Vodacom as I’ve borrowed my husband my sim and small phone his employer which is a District Municipality have since covid-19 lockdown began has purchased over 11gb from vodacom that he has never used ... he can’t transfer that data so it just goes back to vodacom. We requested that the money be refunded back to the Municipality (Public purse) the consultant was very helpful in informing me that will not be possible as it’s a large sum of money... I wonder if MTN can refund data honestly why can’t vodacom.....
