These people are ******* who rip us off at every turn. I bought 3 GB data a month ago and they’ve simply taken this and reduced my balance to zero! I thought this was supposed to not happen any longer. Why do these ******* keep getting away with this blatant ****************?? Also why do they insist on sending about 15 sms messages and 2 emails every time I buy data or airtime? Over a dozen messages come through immediately.

I hope one day these charlatans fail spectacularly along with the entire rotten to the core industry.
