VODACOM THIEVEING CORPORATE
Dear Vodacom-Thieving Corporate,
I early February of 2018 I requested a downgrade of my account from a Red Bill to a mere R279.00 package a month. This was because I was unemployed and leaving the country for work and I could no longer afford to pay the R2100 pm for my package which I had paid for for 5 years plus amounting to approximately R126000-00. The Vodacom employee told me I would pay a penalty for February which I gladly agreed to as the amount was equivalent to my monthly fee.
At the end of March I was surprised to see I was billed the full fee! I contacted Vodacom on chat and asked for this to be resolved. I heard nothing further and at the end of April this was deducted again. I again contacted Vodacom on chat and they could see my call and could not tell me why my downgrade was not executed. Someone did contact me via e mail and promised to action this. She also told me the downgrade was actioned and then reversed with no explanation. At the end of May I was billed AGAIN for the full red bill inspire of requests for this to be actioned. I have e mails to support this. I have since had no response from your Shannon Cloete, your CIC: retentions trade Partner and I have AGAIN BEEN BILLED AT THE END OF JUNE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF A RED BILL. The total amount of overfilling is now R8400-00 which is abuse and quite frankly theft. There is no way to get a satisfactory response from your website or any of the imbeciles you employ staring with the in store person who was supposed to action my downgrade at Greenstone. I WOULD LIKE AN EXPLANATION OF WHY THIS WAS NOT ACTION FROM START TO MY FREQUENT REQUESTS AND I WOUD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF THE OVERBILLED AMOUNT OF R8400-00. A CREDIT WILL NOT SUFFICE AS I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY CONTRACT WHEN IT ENDS IN SEPTEMBER. Your faithful client of 17 years NO MORE!
