vodacom *****s

My last day for my Wi Fi Contract was 31 July 2017 which means that as off 00:00am the contract would have reached its end, terminating the Data that remained, But this is not how Vodacom operates, they operate like *****'s and ********** who take what I paid for Monthly. I checked my balace at 7am on the 31st and had 553.72mb and at 10am the same day the balance was Zero. When I called the So Called Customer Service Number they stated they cancelled the contract and my Data was cancelled with this Process. This is not a surprise due to the number of problems I have experienced with Vodacom but will not get ****** by Vodacom again due to there *********** staff and company. I am not paying Vodacom to get ******, I am paying for a Service and require the service to be rendered. I also contact the manager for the all centre and they advised thay after 2 hours this issue would be resolved and that they would also call me back to ensure that this was resolved accordingly, but due to their unprofessionalism I am still waiting for that call. This is Vodacom and the treatment to customer. Regret ever being and taking 2 x contracts with them. Worst network and People to deal with. No wonder why they slogan is red, it's a warning to people, be ware of Vodacom. We want your money for no Service. 7:11am got a sms saying run out of data. Call centre manager name is keketso mabibi ref number ********** 40. She is in dbn and advised me that jhb call centre has to credit me becoz dey work on different system.
