Vodacom *****s?

<p>I have a contract with Vodacom that consists of me paying a monthly premium for my phone (hardware) and for my initial contract, but what I disscoverd is that my phone (hardware) has already been paid up but they still charge me for it? So basiclly you pay the full installment when it is actually paid up? Now tell me is that theft? *****ing? Breach of contract? I expect a very good explenation for this and I wil be sure to notify my legal adviser about this...</p>
