Vodacom - They will ***** your money for sure

I wrote a review on HelloPeter about Vodacom *****ing my money and what a problem I am having trying to get it back. They call me in response on a very busy day so I missed their attempts to contact me. |Then for the rest of the week I hear nothing. I tried calling the number and sent messages to the number from which they called but they cannot be reached on this number. Probably because they would not cope if people could reach them there. Then I write another review and they call me back when I am travelling outside of SA. This time they leave a message to say they attempted calling me but I could not be reached but respond on HelloPeter. Their response on HelloPeter is to tell me that I must take my issue to 082135 which is the same number that has been messing me around since 2 January 2019. Wow!!! I cannot believe how **** poor Vodacom is at communication. LOL!!! This is a mobile network company that is supposed to make communication easier.
