***** Vodacom. They don't bother to get this fixed

We have a pending case with the ***** department no one has bothered to come back . 2 years they have been deducting money from ny account for a *****ulent sim car that was taken out . I have never had a contract with vodacom . I was contacted by a debt review company also acting on behalf of Vodacom. I would like a full refund and compensation as this is also affecting my credit score . Frau department is useless
