Vodacom - They cannot change banking details

I have a contract with Vodacom. I have changed my bank account, But now I have to go into the store to pay my account. They cannot change my banking details on the system. I downloaded the app. still doesn't work. They are ***********. I will never deal with vodacom again. This is from C.Crocker
