Vodacom theft, *****, poor service, airtime ******

Vodacom is rife with *****. My Vodacom air time is being ****** all the time. Every so often some subscription or wasp is being loaded to my Vodacom account. This is not acceptable Vodacom. I have tried logged a number of complaints but the Vodacom system gives an error on the Vodacom call center just drops the call. Vodacom Tobi is not very useful ether in this regard.
