Vodacom Theft Continues

Another week has passed yet again with no action as usual from Vodacom except empty words on both there Facebook page and Hello Peter. Not one phone call to address this issue? Vodacom relies on its Customer ignore line process to action issues such as these but it would seem that cooperate theft is condoned/ignored or possibly it’s a company policy, ‘keep ignoring the customer we will keep taking money, we can weather anything our customers throw at us, we don’t care’, we have no-one competent to action anything. Not sure if any of the above is the true reflection or not. It may be because I’m white and have the audacity to call them out and use big words, who knows. All I do know is that this travesty continues another week, I received and email today 7 days after my last post, asking for information I have sent on 5 previous occasions? Do you have no records Vodacom, do you not record and have recordings of the calls I have made, (I know you do you have told me so and agreed that I have cancelled but still no action) do you not have records of the numerous emails and messages sent to you Customer ignore line, do you not have copies of all this communication? Do you not have computers with records on or are you working with a pencil on the back of a cigarette packet, which keeps getting thrown out? As of Monday I will post daily on Vodacoms Facebook page and Hello Peter, your continued failure to action and the copies of all the communications I have sent only make my case stronger.
