Vodacom theft and *******

So ja vodacom you did me wrong again.. So I've already reported the fail plan of vodacom who me did me and my family wrong with the instant wifi that never happened I received a call from vodacom some Randall guy from there phoned to tell us hell send the emails to me and hell push for us not to pay charges etc. Now vodacom phones wanting +-2000 for instilatiion... So I'm sitting with the instilatiion page copy that I've signed there was no installation because we had an existing line that was already active the tech confirmed the line so what are they charging us for connection fee that they forgot to do hence why they in this ****..... They want me to pay for a service that was never done a service they never rendered.. My first vodacom fail was when their staff in mpumalanga stole my identity and took an iPhone 13 on my name and I had to pay data usages on that contract... Now they come again looking for money... **** you vodacom take this matter to court and bring your proof!!! I'm sitting with phone recordings and emails.. Your staff don't want to give reference numbers because you don't want proof but I have including the 3 members who dropped the phone in my ears... I have my own proof so please let's meet in court because I will not pay you R2000 and if you hit an account you damn well see how I go public with your theft!!!!!
