VODACOM THEFT!
I am gatvol for Vodacom *****ing from me every month on the First of every month!
I have various contracts with Vodacom. Cell phone and Data contracts. Everything gets loaded on the first day of every month. I live in the veld so I can not go to town or a shop to buy data! On every contract Vodacom has ****** over 60% of data and air time over the past two years, and this is data and air time I paid for, on contract!!!! So it means the contracts are always to benefit Vodacom!!
The Law states that Data and Air time paid for can not be taken away, but Vodacom denies this!
I never used my night time data, because I sleep between 12 and 05.00 o'Clock in the morning. I am a pensioner and therefor I paid for data to subsidise the people that work night shift, because they are entitle to use my data during those times, for free????
On the other hand if I go on to "pay as you go", instead of on contract, then the cost of data and air time is much more expensive!
Moral of the story Vodacom laughs all the way to the bank to the disadvantage of their customers!! Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!
So much, also, on this pathetic old Consumer Council, too!

However I am still of the view that unused Airtime and Data "carry over period" should be extended for a longer period than the thirty day period. Alternatively my account should be credited for the Data and Airtime not being used after 30 days.
Moral of the story: Do not take back what I have paid for.
Once again I want to thank Vodacom for engaging in discussion which make them a better company than MTN who refuses to solve one's problems and that was the reason, amongst many other, for leaving MTN!! MTN still owes me thousands of rand which I, as a pensioner, had to write off.
Thank you to Hello Peter for publishing my story.
