Vodacom the worst telecommunications company ecer
I since complained about vodacom in September 2020 here and sent an email to their ceo and a certain Thato/Tshepo responded solving one complaint. I'm still waiting for my late husband's number to be transferred me and be converted to prepaid from month to month contract.
