vodacom, the worst service provider ever

<p>I 'understand how vodacom call centers work, when they call you to sell unnecessary nonsense they have more than one consultant but if you call them to inquire problems with your account you have to wait over an hour to get a consultant to answer before you finally decide to hang up and wait another hour and still not get any answer. i think this is pathetic and just unacceptable. I will not recommend their services to anyone I know and cant wait for my contract to end so I can move to another service provider!</p>
