Vodacom the worst service provider

My network connection was only working for 2days and after that it went back to no connection again. I'm paying for services that I'm not utilizing. I asked the person who called what the issue is and she said she will get back to me with feedback, only for me to receive a message that says my ticket has been closed and no one has contacted me with the feedback
