Vodacom the worst service provider

Hi there I have several issues with vodacom trying to resolve my account visiting the branch with a operation to try and unlock my line which was not my fault ,finally hellopeter helped me and it got resolved n they credited my account n not correctly ,i still have a balance of R700 which hasnt been corrected am not sure for what reason cause the account previously was cancelled and i was billed unnecessarily so where does this come from? Vodacom is a terrible service provider, they pathetic will there billing system
