vodacom the worst service provider

<p>on thursday i received a call from S****HA :"nomsa because you are a loyal customer with vodacom we have designed a package for you that consist of 5GB data plus a free REUTER for R199 a month it will be linked to your existing contract- please note that the calls are recoded"</p> <p>today i phoned vodacom customer care to find out why my data is not activated and they advised that because its a new contract i need to first sign for it.......to my surpise WAT NEW CONTRACT??. Now i have phoned vodacom 5 times to speak to S****HA with no luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>thia is disgusting and appauling service full of lies!!! i really need this resolved ASAP because im not going to be charged for something i do not know.</p>
