Vodacom the worst service out there

I canceled my service last year already 18/11/2020. I still struggling to get my service canceled. I keep getting a new SR*** BUT THEY NEVER SEND ME A BOC. EVEN THOUGH I CONTACTED THEM ALMOST EVERY 2ND DAY. I am getting so tired of there BS. Vodacom is the worst ever to deal with ever. There service sucks and some of there people working for them is very much ******** and ***********. They just don't care as long as they can milk people's money.
