VODACOM THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

This is the worst service I ever got from vodacom! Once again the fail to deliver.

I contacted vodacom a MONTH AGO with regards to my talking point that I cannot exchange to data anymore. The consultant advised me it is because I am still on a contract (witch i am NOT) this was paid up at the beginning of 2017!! I was able to exchange points to data about two months ago and now out of the blue I cant.

I logged numerous complaints and have been wasting my WORK TIME to get hold of them again! I was told that I would be contacted regarding this, bu guess what? EMPTY PROMISES.

So i decided enough is enough, first they steel your data then your talking points again.

I am now moving to Cell C ! Kindly go f#ck yourself VODACOM!
