Vodacom the worst possible Company

I have been in manager stree situation because Vodacom put me onto a 2 year contract without my permission. I immediately canceled but was told I would only go onto prepaid at the end of the month. I have now had a debit order for whole lot of money. I have trying to contact vodacom accounts department but you can't phone them. The vodacom Cellucity has been sending them emails as well but no response. This is *****. I did not ask for any contract and the fact that I cannot contact them is really showing Vodacom to be a nightmare company
