Vodacom the worst network provider

I have two contracts with vodacom and four or five years back I was a victim of identity theft someone took two Iphones under my name at Vodacom and they didn't pick this up but it was cleared. Now last year Decemeber I went to a vodacom shop in Keywest mall to enquire what device I could upgrade to as I was due for an upgrade. I was told by a consultant in Vodacom that I would not be able to get a device for my number I can only get a sim card this was strange to me but decided I would call Vodacom and talk to them. I called Vodacom in January 2017 and was told that I had already upgraded on that number on 31st Decemeber 2017 I was shocked as I had not upgraded and was told that I would not be able to upgrade this number once again I was a victim of Identity theft where someone had **********ly upgraded under my name. I told the consultant who helped me that I did not upgrade she advised me to send an affidavit and copy of my id stating what had happened. I did that the very same day and sent it to the email address she provided.

Two weeks went past and I had not heard anything from Vodacom I decided to call and find how far they were with my investigation. I was told that they had not received my details then I sent my documents again. I called again and spoke to the solutions department and they told me they cannot see my documents and transfered me to someone by the name of Theo Stander he sent me a blank email and advised to to send him my documents and that he would send them to the forensics department. I sent them again and called Vodacom a week after that they gave me the forensics number and said I should call forensics and find out from them how far they were with the investigation I was told that a person by the name of Matimane had dealt with my query and had resolved it but did not leave any notes to support this query. I was advised to call the solutions department as they would advise further. I called solutions and was told that the forensics department had closed my query as they had not received the documents the lady I spoke to said she would look for my email and if she finds it she would send it to the forensics department. For two months I have been sending documents to Vodacom I do not understand how is it possible that they are not getting my documents.

I am disgusted by Vodacom they do not know how to deal with customer complaints once this is resolved or if it ever gets resolved I am moving my contracts to another network provider who knows what they are doing and have proper service to provide. I would never advise anyone to have Vodacom as a network provider this is by far the worst service provider in South Africa. Until now I have never been contacted on my query.
