VODACOM...THE WORST NETWORK COMPANY EVER!!!!

<p>I have been a loyal customer for 8 whole years...not too sure why also...first I took my contract out on my dads name and then 3 years later I changed all details over to my name, etc...the Vodacom Shop that I went too changed everything over besides my name...which till date no one could help me with! I then decide that I am going to cancel my contract...I gave them 2 months in advance notice that I am going to cancel my contract and change over to pre-paid which they confirmed! Now I am stuck with no network and my sim or phone number does not exist because they stuffed up yet again!!!! You call the help line and no one can assist...they pass you from one person to the next...no one can seem to help! Now I ask u...really! 2 months in advance amd still no one can help! I would ask a Manager to contact me but wait...you can't...I have no network! Thanks for nothing!</p>
