Vodacom, the worst mistake of my life!

Grab a cup of tea because this is about to be a long review. Vodacom is the worst ever business I have ever come across. In 2018 I opened a contract with them and wow from the first month it went south, they gave me a faulty phone, I sent it in for repairs, four months later I HAD TO CONTACT THEM to find out what was happening, to my surprise my replacement phone had come back long ago and they didn’t bother to let me know. The contract agreed upon was for 399 a month I specifically told the consultant that I do not want any extra charges, just a fixed 399 contract billed every month, let me tell you I’ve never paid 399 it’s always more, they find any excuse to put you in arrears. Vodacom is a greedy business and quite frankly I don’t know why people are still using it, probably because of the excellent signal it provides but either than that it is utter bull****. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star, it is unfortunate I have to in order to write this review, I regret ever using Vodacom, I honestly think I can say that I hate everything that has to do with it. I make sure I tell everyone that might want to get a phone on contract to never go to Vodacom no matter how good their deals are. Now? I’m trying to cancel my contract which expired a month ago and wow I have to climb table mountain in order to do that. Whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM. ITS THE WORST NETWORK, EVEN THE STAFF IS JUST AS BAD, NEVER HELPFUL. Good riddance to bad *******.
