Vodacom, the worst ISP in South Africa

Been waiting 9 working days for our Wifi rooter to be activated since 10 February. Suppose to happen within 24-48 hours but its been 312 hours and 17 phone calls later and still nothing has happened. The generic answer I receive is "Sorry sir, we are only first line workers. All I can do is escalate the SR for you." For anyone thinking of getting Vodacom Wifi I would recommend staying as far away as possible from Vodacom. I've personally spent 16 hours on the phone, phoning twice each day, still to no avail. I started the whole process on 31 January and its been one of the most draining and expenses exercises of the year thus far. I might as well start the whole process over with another ISP as Vodacom has truly , outstandingly poor service!
