Vodacom the worst, ***********, illiterate company in the world

to my favourite illiterate company. I've up to now written about 10 e-mails 1 Facebook and 2 HelloPeter reviews about this absolutely useless company and have received two calls only from some dodo's acting as customer care agents. I've asked for is for a proper detailed Tax invoice explaining the ridiculous charges against my account,,,,, and nothing. Not a single person (2 called) read the mail and responded with the information as requested. The best I got out of one was that it's Vodacom contract policy? These idiots do have a HelloPeter team but unfortunately this does not mean anything, they remain illiterate dumb dodo's. If I had to use all the special words I have for this company, I'll be writing for month's. The CEO of Vodacom does not care about the service paying customers get from the company so it has filtered down to the *********** staff.
