Vodacom, the worst, *********** , company ever!!

I have logged a complaint with Vodacom since 2013 and to date my problems haven't been resolved. I took out a contract for R199 but they started deducting R250 instead and each time I phone to find out how far they are with my querry I get moved from pillar to post. I also phoned their head office directly and I get the same thing. The people from accounts department are just as worse, they dont listen and only want to tell you what they think you need to know. I don't know why this company still exist. I'm really disgusted at the service Vodacom is providing.
