Vodacom - The worst ever service provider

I have never received statements from vodacom, I was in arrears with my vodacom account and phoned them for the settlement amount. They gave me an amount over the phone, I paid the amount and phoned them a view days later to ask them if they got the payment. They agreed that they got the money and I asked them to close the account which was in February 2020. I got no further communication from them until May 2020, handing me over for an outstanding amount which I am not aware of. i asked them to close the account.
