Vodacom--the worst ever in closing an account-- totally useless.

Dearest Vodacom

I closed my various cellphone accounts with you now 10 months ago. You are still sending me an account every month.

In fact you accused me of not paying my account, yet in 20 years of being your customer and spending an average of R3,000 per month AND MORE with you, I neve missed a payment. We have gone through the legal route, you send me a lawyers letter stating that I owe you money, I send you the proof that the account was paid in full. You send me the copy of a quotation claiming that the quotation had expired before I made payment. I then send you your mail with the correct quotation send on the very same date I made payment, Done in a Vodacom branch with the assistance of your own staff. Proving that the quotation that you claimed was paid late was indeed paid very much on time, well if paying it the same day it was received is deemed on time.

This month, surprise !!! Once again I received a bill from you. According to the last statement I owe you R9000 plus. Please this was done and paid for. Would you like to post all the details including your threatening incorrect mail on this platform?

I would appreciate it if you could update your bookkeeping system and stop harassing me with emails. I followed your instruction to the letter, closed the account at yourselves with your staff assisting. To my mind I have done all a customer could do. If I had made a small mistake you will be out guns blazing with lawyers front and centre. I wish I could do the same. However the fact is, that judgment will be passed against my name without me even knowing it- all due to your gross incompetence. It is this fact that urges me to get the matter closed.

Please stop harassing me with accounts and update your records.
