Vodacom the worst company to deal with

Received a laptop which doesn't work but Vodacom refuses to collect or cancel the contract! I have been with Vodacom for 15 years and I must say that trying to cancel any contract with Vodacom is one of the most difficult things to do it is disappointing and I will be moving all my lines and contracts personal and business
