Vodacom: The worse Service Provider for your Business!

Vodacom is the worse service provider you can sign up with. Especially for a business! We have been having endless issues with our lines (slow, hanging, being down)and when we log calls they say the issue is resolved but there is no resolution. They are closing the tickets without doing the proper investigations. We cannot get straight answers, a whole lot of lies only. Our line was suspended without us being made aware and when we paid the account and called them they say that the line has been opened again but will take anywhere from 4 to 24 hours to open. It's not being 30+ hours. We have called in and sent emails and no one is able to assist. All they say is that it will be done soon....

This is a business line and we have spoken to the account managers but even they are ineffective. What is more baffling is that on this account, some lines were "suspended" and some were not...
