VODACOM THE WORSE PROVIDER......

Anyway, my issue was never resolved was told the router was out of warranty mind you when taking out the contract I was never told the router has a 24 month warranty the consultant said they don't tell customers about it otherwise all customers will claim damage to routers her name was Siphokazi. I told them since I have been with them since 2023, they could if been sympathetic to me, she said she will escalate to date no call back instead the call was closed as resolved. Am tired of dealing with Vodacom I unplugged everything because they expect me to pay for a service that am not making use of.... I will never again sign again from Vodacom as long as the money comes in they happy. Your problems are def not theirs anyways am sorted now with a new provider. My cancellation has been submitted with them, and they better see that they cancel ... and yes, your calls are recorded.
