Vodacom the worse fiber service provider

Service Request ***, was reported over 3 weeks ago, i then also reported on Hello Peter on the 8/12/2020, and there has been no resolution, i also visited a Vodacom store in Ottery Hypermarket on the 11/12/2020 to try and get the problem resolved, they promised 24 hours. As can be seen they have no customer focus when it comes to resolving problems, this problem started over 3 months ago. A ***********'s call center agents that cant diagnose a simple problem, having spoken to several without having the problems resolved, and according to the Vodacom store the call center agent believes the problem is the customer requires a wireless extender, when the problems is something completely different. Hello Peter there are a number of complaints regarding the lack of customer centric focus. Even after reporting them on Vodacom and even after going to a store, there is still no progress.

You said the same on the 8/12/2020 and nothing happened, i went to a Vodacom store on the 11/12/2020 and a promise to resolve it within 24 hours still didnt have anyone contacting or resolving the problem.
We should be having a premium paid back to us for lack of service delivery, you have reneged on your part of the contract.
I maintain your service is shocking, to have taken several calls to your call center, complaints on Hello Peter, a store visit and still no results you score 0 out 100 for service.

This is a joke, they have a SR number , this is delay tactics infused with incompetence once again, the SR number obtained from your own call center is SR *** .

How many calls must be logged to have the problem resolved?
