Vodacom- The Village Mall Branch

The worst customer service I have ever received from a Vodacom store, the consultants are so disinterested, I had to go to the store multiple times, called them and even called the customer service number. It took them 2 days just to port my number and another few more to check my contract! I recommend if you want excellent service. Rather go to Brooklyn Mall or literally anywhere else!! I haven't received such service in too long it's disappointing.
