Vodacom the ****s service provider, very selfish and pathetic!!

Vodacom the ******* network gota call to upgrade my contract on the 11th of this month and I rejected the offer, they still went on and upgraded my contract without my approval and add value added services to it and now been getting a hard time canceling my contract, it's a big inconvenience for me never ever take a contract with vodacom you will definitely regret it. They do not even deserve the 1 star rate, it's no go area. Please protect yourself and stay away from their contract!!!!
