VODACOM: THE SERVICE PROVIDER WITH EMPTY PROMISES.

How many more times are you going to promise me that my device (that I've never used but am being charged for) will be collected before the end of the week?

I have been trying since mid OCTOBER 2020 to have this device collected, we are now mid JANUARY 2021! Please don't think that getting a manager to call me and make promises is going to put my mind at ease or get me to recommend Vodacom to any friends or family because this is truly atrocious service.

Heed my warning, if you take out a contract with Vodacom and cancel it before the contract even starts, they will never collect the device but continue to charge you for it and make endless promises to collect it. Please stay far away from this service provider as they cannot deliver on their promises and make their money off of charging people who are not even using their pathetic service.
