Vodacom - the service delivery joke of South Africa
I have been trying to upgrade my cellphone contract for more than a month now. Vodacom ignored my instruction that the handset should anly be delivered a week later and went ahead to deliver the handset while I was away on business. I have been trying to correct their mistake for more than 4 weeks now without success. Vodacom must surely be the most *********** and don't care organisation in the world. Steer well clear of this useless company.

24 Mar 2021, 11:56Vodacom is very good at responding to a complaint but extremely useless in resolving the complaint. They have responded numerous times with big promises but after 4 weeks have not managed to resolve even anything. So I will not be holding my breath that Vodacom will do anything to actually resolve the problem.
