VODACOM - the poorest service ever

Very Poor Service. I've just upgraded 2 of my Vodacom Lines and I want to cancel another 2 lines which I do not use anymore. the lady who helped me with the upgrade was very helpful and friendly and she gave me the nr to cancel the 2 unused lines. to my frustration, after holding for 20 minutes, eventually a lady answered my call and just say she can't do this anymore and put the phone on her desk. she ignored my totally, I was holding for another 20 minute while I have to listen to her conversations with the other people around her. i put the phone down and now I struggle to get through again. this is very annoying and I;m very frustrated right now. i just want to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom now. i really hope that someone will come back to me.

A Huge Thank you To KARUSHA CHETTY from the Cancellation Division from Vodacom! after my terrible experience this morning with the cancellation division, I called in again to cancel all my contracts. A very helpfull and friendly KARUSHA CHETTY took my call, and she apologist on her colleague's behavior. she spend more than a hour with me and at the end I decide to keep all my contracts with Vodacom, just downgrade these I don't use anymore. because of KARUSHA CHETTY, Vodacom keep a happy client. thanx Karusha, you're a Star!
