Vodacom the pathetic network service provider!!!!
My Name is Des Govender. I have no vodacom network in my area since beginning of May. Vodacom installed a signal booster in 2016.it has stopped working since May and up till this date they have not fixed the problem. They keep lying they have no stock of signal boosters etc. They even lie they will call me back and the technician Denley Reddy in kzn is absolutely useless.As for Dane, Shan and Hendrik in the network call centre department are all useless. My advice to the people out there please beware of Vodacom. They are the most useless network provider and i am now reporting this matter to the ombudsman for telecommunications. I will be sending through the forms to the national consumer commission. Vodacom does not value their customers.
