VODACOM the next ESKOM?
In Caledon (WC) we have NO Vodacom signal for already more than two days. You can't believe it - it is as if we haven't paid our accounts!!! Nobody at Vodacom bother to communicate with their clients in Caledon - they just leave us in the "dark". How on earth is this possible - is Vodacom the next Escom?

21 Jan 2020, 17:34A Vodacom consultant did try to contact me on my phone. Apparently he/she did not read my complaint. I can't be contacted because the VODACOM network is down in Caledon. He/she then send me an e-mail, asking me seven (7) questions that relates to my phone - my phone is not the problem, the Vodacom network/signal is the problem! I then tried to explain the problem again - just to receive a note that he/she can't escalate the problem as I did not answer the (irrelevant) questions! What do you call this - incompetency or not caring for hundreds of their customers?
