Vodacom the new state owned enterprise milking us

We took a fibre package from Vodacom in November of 2021 and was promised the fibre will be connected by Dec 2021 and in the interim we should use the LTE SIM that was provided . The LTE coverage in our area is pathetic. It's now almost July of 2022 and still no fibre. Best part of all is that I am paying the fibre rate every single month without actually getting the service I am paying for. Called so many times but no one will assist. Please don't fall for their ****
