Vodacom the new Eskom
So our Town has been without internet for the past 5 days/Reitz.
Phoned the customer line multiple time just to be informed they could only lock a ticket(technician wil contact me) and are unable to assist me any further!
Went to Bethlehem Mall/Vodacom shop. Lady said that Frankfort and Reit are down(data) and that she reported it(Sunday)
It Tuesday and still no phone call received from Vodalame or improvement in the network.
My wife works from home and is now unable to work.
Avoid Vodacom at all cost rather move to MTN Phoned them every day to
