Vodacom the neighbourhood BULLIES at it again.

Vodacom does it again. The all mighty Vodacom uses their market dominance to bully customers. I have a fibre contract with these "BULLIES" and when I took out the contract I was very clear about my requirements. These were simple, a 20/20 linespeed minimum and uncapped with no throttling. The salesman assured me that there will be no throttling. I asked several times and each time I was assured. Now, more than a year later l get a sms stating that my line speed has been chokes to 2 mbps. I then call customer care and speed to Dada fir more than 30 minutes. I ask him whether based on what l required when l signed up whether l was being unreasonable to not accept the **** from Vodacom. To which his replh was, no I am not unreasonable but there is nothing he can do. It was policy he said. I am sorry but according to contract law, if it was not explained to me, of which they should have a recording, they cannot enforce it. So, Vodacom, I just renewed my cellphone contract and it is still in the return policy time. Perhaps migration is tbe answer. A terribly unhappy Voda******* customer. Time for consumer protection to investigate.
