Vodacom the need to be canceled

Last year Vodacom have a XBOX promotion which i signed a contract for 2 years in the middle of that year the xbox stopped working , I took the xbox back for repairs its still there at the store not fix but i am still required to pay my account , they dont know how to fix the xbox. number 2 i paid my account with vodacom the outstanding that they say i need to pay but my account is still bloack, the call center is the most stupid people on earth everytime they charge me a R10 to activate my account ,you have to wait 2 h i have been waiting for days now my phone is still block.
