Vodacom the most useless service provider!

This a joke of a company, nobody works here to even come back to me since I wrote my complaint here on hello Peter! ***** department doesn’t exist! Sick of complaining on all platforms for more than 1 and half months now about ***** that took place 4x now and Vodacom sent me confirmation of acknowledgment of the ***** all 4x but to date, my SIM card is not active lol! And the suspect is still in possession of my account even though it was moved to personal name, the suspect moved this sim to their company name! Vodacom is a joke! There’s definitely no such thing as a company even existing as all staff cannot assist even in ***** department, managers in beaches cannot assist, I rest my case! Useless company! Let’s move on.....
