Vodacom the monopoly money hungry corporation
I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for many many years, I even had three numbers withyou guys simultaneosly at one point. I have never missed a debit. But now when I need my phone repaired I get all the **** that you can expect from a money hungry corporation. My phone broke and I took it to your repair centre in Cresta. Phone is returned and they claim that I dont have the right insurance. I never had an option on different insurance, when the lady phoned me I said please insure my phone completley. Then the story changes and they say I took my phone to an unorthorised repairer. WHY THE HELL WOULD I DO THAT??? I have a contract with Vodacom, a prepaid nr with Vodacom, and insurance with VODACOM so I took my phone straight to VODACOM!!!!!! I have an upgarde in march and you have just lost a loyal customer with your damn bull ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
