Vodacom the half a star company

Vodacom phones and phones and phones relentlessly - you can have no peace. They want to upgrade me to a MORE EXPENSIVE product. If you tell one no; the other calls. It's been the story since late Feb and March. Half of it is marked as spam on my true caller. Finally I answered and was asked to visit a store so that they can do the upgrade for me - which I did not ask for. Theres a package there for R229 (40 gigs data). My installment is R280. I asked them to keep my installment the same, but give me the R229 package. Apparently, they can only upgrade me to a R329 package. Vodacom doesn't care about their customers - they care about money. In my experience prior to this, they convinced me to take a huawei. They guaranteed it would work perfectly🙄. They said that if I wasn't happy with it; I should return within 7 days 🤣🤣🤣. They refused to take it back. I went there for an A5. They convinced me to take the worst phone ever - but as long as they make money of me they are happy. I would like for them to never ever ever phone me ever again. They are not for me; they are against me. I work - I have no time to waste time and pertrol on yall. Happy robbing guys; hope yall are at peace.

I would like to, from the bottom of my bottomest heart, give vodacom a humongous thank you for contacting me, and doing what they do best: politely solve absolutely nothing. If there is a competition for that - yall are winning. Vodacom is by far the best at solving nothing.
