Vodacom The Grove mall

This is specifically Vodacom at the Grove mall in Pretoria. Vodacom advertises the samsung watch 4 with the new samsung S22., but does not have stock. I went to vodacom The Grove mall on the 12th of March. I upgraded 2 of my contracts to the samsung S22 each with a watch aswell as one exstra watch. We were told they are out of stock but will order the following Monday. I phoned each week and the time is just extended to the next week each time I phone. Then last week Mkgadi told me they should know by the 31st of March when the next stock for watches will arrive. No it is the 31st of March. I have received no feedback, and when I phone Vodacom at The Grove mall there is no answer. I just want to know how can you advertise something that is always out of stock. And no feedback ever.
