My husband's handheld device was ****** out of his hand. Traumatized he visited a Vodacom shop in Bayside. He voiced his frustration and a very rude unhelpful employee at Vodacom Bayside turned his back to him and asked him to leave the shop. He decided to stop his Vodacom subscription, but luckily, he visited the Table Bay shop where he received exceptional service.
