Vodacom (the Glen) No stock for 2x Months

Two Months ago_I upgrade 2x of my cell phones, to the Samsung 7 and was told it comes with free Wireless chargers I’ve phoned Vodacom (The Glen) umpteen times with absolutely no results or answers. Trying to get a Manager to contact you is a non event !!
