Vodacom the Glen mall

Vodacom the Glen was the most horrible customer experience I've ever had...they were taking so long to help the customers and me being one of the customers waiting to be helped had to wait even longer as they looked at me and walked straight out the door to have their lunch...and when I enquired when will I get help...I was simply told with a big attitude "as you can see we are busy" I finally got help at a Game store by a cellphone sales lady...a vodacom issue was resolved by Game
